Welcome to Norwalk Whittier Hall Rental, we are located at 13305 Imperial Hwy Whittier, CA 90605,  between Carmenita and Leffingwell rd. and are easily accessible from the 5,91,57 and 605 Freeways.

Our rates start at $1,200 for a five hour rental. plus a refundable $ 500.00 clean/security deposit, the $500 is also used to hold the date, additional hours are available for $75.00 per hour, $1,200 + $500 = $1,700.  After your party if everything is okay you get $500 back,  don’t feel like cleaning up after? We will do that for an additional cost of $200. The renter has two hours before event to set up and decorate and one hour after for clean up, extra hours are $25.00 per hour for set up /clean up. The renter chooses the time of their rental, normally the party ends at midnight.  We can hold up to 185 people

The price includes tables, chairs, security, insurance and a bartender. There is a full bar on site, however price does not include drinks, table covers or silverware. We have a raised stage and dance floor, live music or DJ is okay. Use your own caterer for food, however, there is a kitchen available for an extra $100.00 fee.

we have 40 parking spaces, on street parking is okay, the $500 deposit will be forfeited if  property is damaged or contract is not followed. If Rental is cancelled  45 or more days  before the event $250 is refunded, under 45 days, no money is refunded if  event is cancelled.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED!!!!  Renter can bring in fruit punch, lemonade, horchata, sparking cider for  toasting. The only exception for alcohol is renter can bring Champagne for a toast.  All drinks are sold individually, no keg beer or bottles of liquor are sold.
